Price is misleading as its was advertised at £4.89 per item but ended up adding £2 per item in unavoidable fees. Was a great location and easy to find. When we got there however we had to have 2 of the suitcases weighed as they claimed there was a 23kg limit. We were under thankfully but nowhere did we see any warnings about this. Also we were asked to take the cases down 2 flights of stairs. Not sure why the staff don't do this as part of the service. These details result in a 3/5 score.

great point for checking my luggage while i went to see a friends film at tribeca, really appreciate how friendly, accommodating and easy the store made this for me after coming off the train and needing a place to store in the city before going to my accommodations in brooklyn
