Great help and easy to get bags before heading to airport. Very helpful store employee.

It wasn't clear that the location was inside a store — it would have been helpful to show a photo of the store up front so I knew exactly where to go with the instructions. The instructions could have been a lot clearer.

This location was great: very close to the bus stop for the 992 bus from the airport, and the lady working at the store was super friendly. My friend picked up my bag on my behalf (with my claim tag), and the lady actually asked her to video call me and ask for my approval to hand my bag to her, so extra props for the extra due diligence. I'll definitely use this location again the next time I'm in San Diego.

A great service: easy to use and exactly what travelers need when they want to spend time after check-out, or before check-in hours. We were able to enjoy a day out and well into the evening hours without toting our luggage around, before going to our accommodation in San Diego.

easy to use, affordable and nice to not have to lug around our heavy bags. I would definitely use this service again
