Excellent service in all aspects. The gentleman asked for my id and then verified the purchase. Then he just stored my bag in a safe place. On arrival day I got my bag back just with the receipt he gave me.

Great service. I needed Stasher to store a bag I had for work while I met with a client in Newcastle, the app was easy to use and I was able to find a hotel 2 minutes from the station and my client's location. I loved how I was able to use my card for this service. The hotel was really helpful, they greeted me at the door and knew I was a Stasher user. The hotel was then kind enough to let me change in their toilets before handing over my bag, they were very organised with individual Stasher tags and I was given a receipt to show upon collection. Unfortunately, I lost this receipt but showing ID allowed me to collect my items again. I will definitely be using Stasher again and will highly recommend it to friends and family alike!
