5 of us were visiting London for the day, and wondering what to do with our cases, came across stashes online, only £6 per day. Very easy to book and lots of places to leave your cases, we booked ours in a barbers opposite Paddington station. Unfortunately, our train broke down, 6 hours late getting to London. Called in the barbers and explained, he said to ring for a refund. I rang the firm and spoke to a very nice lady in their customer service, and within two hours the money was returned to my bank. Everyone involved was so helpful, thank you, will definitely be using you again and recommend you to friends.

Greeted courteously despite me arriving right on opening time. Efficient service leaving me confident in using that location. Perfect for a day out in London prior to afternoon train departure.

We had to vacate our accommodation at 11am but our flight was not till 8pm. Very convenient to leave our bags at Charlie’s and we spent the day walking around Hyde Park and Kensington High St. Left our bags at 11.30 and picked them up at 4pm and made our way to Heathrow. Cheap, safe and convenient. Will definitely do this again as cheaper than renting a day room or paying extra for late check out.
