Good customer service - Needed stasher due to no bags being allowed in Wembley stadium - Really easy to book online took less than 5 mins - Customer service was great in store when dropping off and picking up bag.

It was very easy to organise and set up, the hotel didn't seem to know exactly what was happening to be honest, nor did they take my booking or ID, but the luggage was safe and the hotel graciously let me leave a small bag on top of the big suitcases.

As a first time user, I was happy that it all just seemed to work as advertised.

Everything worked as required

Easy. Was checking into a nearby Airbnb and needed to stow my bag for a few hours prior. Stopped by participating location, they showed me how to set up through Stasher, all the while very friendly and helpful.

The process from start to finish was easy and the drop off point was very close to the train station. A great alternative to the more expensive option of leaving luggage at the train station.

Drop off and pick up were easy, and it was great to spend the day in Belfast without worrying about my bag.
