Easy to arrange, leave and pick up at the allotted time

Very straightforward process. I presented my online booking number, they gave me a claim card, I dropped off my luggage for a week, and then had to show the tag to pick up my luggage.

I needed to drop luggage off near the station (during the day), after an overnight stay. Very easy to use, shop assistant helpful and friendly. No complaints and was able to pick up bag earlier than the scheduled time. Would use again!

Seem less service, so easy to use

It was excellent and convenient with choices of locations nearby. Staff in Premier Hotel were very helpful and nice. I booked it online just the night before and you didn’t need to worry about the luggage size. This is my first time using this type of luggage storage service and I highly recommend it especially if you live in an apartment without luggage storage service.

Great location for the station. Nice place for a coffee too! Easy to arrange and so worth it instead of lugging a heavy bag around all day.
