Great service, never used one before but the process took less than 5 minutes and the location of the bag drop in Paris was excellent.

Very friendly and helpful even got us to take a picture of our luggage to ensure there was no issues.

Excellent service! Easy to use even for first-time users: specify the location where you want to leave your luggage, an area with the nearest points appears, select the chosen one, indicate the number of bags and time slots for luggage storage, and you can also pay with PayPal... in 10 minutes you’re done! You arrive at the location, show the barcode sent to your smartphone after purchase, and they give you a tag to retrieve your luggage. Maybe a bit expensive, but you can enjoy your day!

I was somewhat skeptical to utilise this service however, I was really impressed with how easy it was. I will definitely use again.

The location was very convenient and the staff was very helpful. I love that everything syncs up perfectly between booking online and putting the bags away offline. This certainly made me enjoy my last day in London far more than I could ever have!

Very convenient. For Eurostar in London, we used the luggage storage at the Premium Inn 88 Euston Road, located 200 meters from the Eurostar access entrance on Midland Road. Faster than the station's luggage storage and cheaper!

On arrival the lady who took my bag to a secure place was both courteous and helpful.

Quick and easy and in an ideal location! It was only a 3 minute walk from the bag drop to the tram that took us straight to the airport. Staff was friendly— I’d use again.

Plenty of choices of locations to store your bags while in London - haven't tried it anywhere else, so not sure how many storage partners they have in other locations. Booking was very straightforward, and less than half the price of the excess baggage storage in train stations.
