Very easy process to book and pay online, then just drop the cases off at the shop. Much cheaper than other left luggage in London. Also responded very quickly to an emailed question.

They just kept our suitcases in a back room until we came to collect them. Meant we could travel around London without carrying luggage everywhere. Very helpful, staff of the shop were friendly, and Victoria Coach/Train station is basically over the road from it. Would use again!

Such a helpful service. This location was not far from the station, I left my bag, they gave me a tag, I picked it up hours later after exploring the city luggage-free - it was great!

Very easy to book online and able to find a store that was close to my desired location. We needed to use this as we were checking out of an Airbnb apartment early in the morning but didn’t leave London til late so wanted to leave our luggage somewhere handy for the day near a tube station

We paid for luggage storage for five days, the hotel staff where we chose to put the luggage told us they can't accept luggage storage for more than one day, finally the manager let us put the luggage for this time, but she said no next time. We wish Stasher could make a more clear standard, thank you!
