It was easy to use, I like it and I am glad I could use the website, not having to download the app (I have an old phone and I am not able to download any app anymore). I appreciate that you don't force people to use the app. The web was very clear, all worked well.

Fast and easy

First time using Stasher and it worked perfectly. Shop keeper greeted us, checked booking and got us to take photos of luggage tags which he attached to cases and took them behind his counter and we were on our way to explore on our last day. On return we showed the photo with the tags and cases were swiftly returned.

Super convenient. We were able to visit the British Museum without our large suitcases. The hotel staff is very professional.

Very pleased to have been able to drop off my bags for the day. The location is well situated between the train station and Lake Como. The opening hours matched the duration of my visit. The people who welcomed me were friendly and gave good advice.

It was easy to find the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. No issues with regards to dropping off or picking up our luggage which was stored securely.

The shop guy was really helpful as I have never used this service before. I will be using again when in London
