Could not have been better. App easy to use. About 5 mins from Leicester Sq tube and the Wyndhams Theatre. I have to say I felt reassured the storage point was at a Premier Inn hub - reviews of the other places near Leicester Sq tube were a bit hit and miss (some referring to rude or unhelpful staff) but everything went smoothly at the Premier Inn on both drop off and pick up. Would definitely use again.
