Good service! I made a mistake with the location. But that was easy to solve by making a new reservation at the right location. I had to send both references in an email and got my money back from the first reservation.

Dropped bags off at time booked, they were tagged. We were given pick up slips. Collected at end of day. Stored as using sleeper train home from Penzance and were able to make use of our last day.
