I had a good overall experience with the app. However, there was some confusion when I arrived at the drop-off location. The app showed the name of a cafe, so I assumed that was where I needed to leave my baggage. When I got there at 7 AM, the restaurant was closed, which left me unsure of what to do. Luckily, I asked a nearby shop (a retail store next to the cafe), and they informed me that they were actually the designated Stasher location. It would be helpful if the app clearly indicated the exact business name and entrance to avoid this kind of confusion.
