I have a great experience with stasher. We left our luggages in Premier Inn near Waverly station in Edinburgh. The staff were nice. No hassle in checking in and out.

We have used stasher frequently whilst travelling South America- we use it to store our backpacks before doing multi day hikes and we love the security of the insurance as we keep our laptops whilst travelling. Although- haven’t needed to use it once as every time we pick up the bag again after without issue :)

The address was wrong, but I found it using the shop name. Very kind staff and very easy and flexible!

It was very smooth and easy to book storage, find the venue and having my bags stored for a day in London. I stored them in a hotel and it was super safe. Once arrived you need to show your booking, fill tags by hand, add your mobile no and then take a pic. Guess it be better if a QR code was involved or any digital way of proving one’s booking & ownership. Nevertheless I would definitely recommend!
