It was very smooth and easy to book storage, find the venue and having my bags stored for a day in London. I stored them in a hotel and it was super safe. Once arrived you need to show your booking, fill tags by hand, add your mobile no and then take a pic. Guess it be better if a QR code was involved or any digital way of proving one’s booking & ownership. Nevertheless I would definitely recommend!
The location is right above the station. The hotel staff was very helpful to stashers. Retrieved the bags within minutes. Added advantage was use of restrooms of the plush hotel. Overall, a wonderful experience which enabled us to see the city of Brisbane.
