Incredibly easy process. Book online, turn up at location & drop off bags. Pick up was smooth and took no time at all. I particularly liked that the shop attendant lined our bags up and asked us to take a photo; this made me feel at ease that they have a good process and policy in place, didn’t have to worry about security.
