Very good service .. The guy in the shop was very polite .. Happy that this service is available, saved dragging a big suitcase around the city on our last day

I had no issues with dropping the bags around 1pm and collecting them later that night. Very convenient for my needs. The fact that they are 24 hours is certainly a bonus.

Busy day of Athletes @ West Ham stadium. So dropped our bags off here. Easy and a pleasure to get rid of them for the day

Very easy to book and find locations that suited me.

Excellent idea, really easy to use. Just pick the time you will be back for your bags and off you go. We used after checkout which was ideal, as we went sightseeing without having to drag our bags with us.

Very easy to use and lots of options to choose from.

We had a booking for Choir of Man at the Arts Theatre, booked this, as 1 min away. In fact, it's seconds away, as if you walk out of back of shop, the theatre is directly opposite, couldn't have been more useful. Efficient service from staff in shop. A win, win. Will book again in Nov as taking hubby to see same show.

Intuitive app. It allowed me to find the place on the map near where I wanted to go, and by entering the deposit times, it shows you only the available ones. Fantastic.

Great accommodation, very well connected
