Friendly staff, but the area for the luggage was packed and so my suitcase had to be placed so that everyone could've easily opened it. I don't know if the staff always has an eye on the luggage so I didn't feel good leaving it there.

Whole process was pretty easy. Took a few minutes to find the shop, but that was more so an issue with google maps. bags were stored safely and were untouched when I collected them. Was a life saver, the stasher store was really near where Alexanderplatz station and 5 euro per bag was well worth avoiding carrying your luggage for the day.
