Easy to find. Unfortunately the lift was broken on arrival so we had to carry our heavy suitcase to the 6th floor! It is quite literally stored in a corner of their office. The luggage wasn't marked and their was no receipt so I wonder how they would know which luggage belongs to whom upon pick-up ? Other than that everything was fine.

How to book and what bags are accepted

Stasher lets you book a storage spot near Kanda Station online, while your bag is kept safely out of sight until collection. There is no general Stasher size or weight limit for ordinary luggage. Acceptance still depends on the individual Stashpoint’s available space and prohibited-item rules, so a large everyday bag is not automatically excluded but remains subject to that partner’s capacity. If plans change before drop-off, a cancelled booking can receive either a 50% refund or a 100% coupon.

Bag security and the Stasher Guarantee

Every Stasher booking near Kanda Station is covered by the Stasher Guarantee up to US$14,000 per booking. This provides peace of mind while exploring Kanda or travelling through the station, with protection applying to the booking made nearby.

The Sudacho Gate elevator provides barrier-free access from ground level to the gate between 7:00 and 21:00. Match your station route to this operating window when travelling with luggage and a train at a set time.
