VERY UNPLEASANT WELCOME! The manager was in a very bad mood because she no longer had room for my suitcase. I was at a loss: it was my first luggage-drop experience. She calmed down when she saw its size: "fortunately it's rather small and you only have one piece of luggage." She placed my suitcase in the restaurant area, behind a table. Luckily I'm not the "worried type"! And she added: "tell Stasher they shouldn't accept bookings if we're full!" I had other things to do than get in touch with you! This person was noticeably kinder when I came to collect my suitcase. I was "on time" at the beginning and at the end — respectful of the schedule. But I really didn't appreciate being received like that — especially for my first experience! How do you expect me to trust your site now?

The proprietors were very nice and helpful. I deducted one star because we had to take the bags down a narrow, winding flight of stairs to store them.
