Very very good experience for us. It was a very fast and easy check-in and check-out, the times are quite flexible as well. The hotel is very close to one of the central metro stations (Gare Saint-Lazare) which is quite convenient. The staff was super friendly and well spoken in English as well which was very helpful for us. If we need a place to store our luggage again we would definitely choose this one in the future. Another very noteworthy point was the help we received from the staff. My partner did not feel well that day, so we returned to the hotel earlier than planned and they let us stay in their lobby for the time he needed to recover. We are very thankful for that!
