This location was perfect for us! It was right around the corner from our Airbnb so super convenient. It was a lovely flower shop and smelled great! The owner was very friendly, spoke great English, and we had a nice time chatting with him when we picked up our bags. Highly recommend this location.

I cannot be completely satisfied because on arrival my reservation did not appear in their system — whether the problem was theirs or with your system I don't know. After a while it was found, but they said I had registered only one piece of luggage when I had clearly indicated and paid for 2 large suitcases and a bag. Then I was told they close at 5 p.m. on Saturdays, whereas I had chosen that time because your site showed a 7 p.m. closing and I had booked the pickup window 18:00–19:00. I don't know if other customers have given feedback similar to mine, but there is certainly a lot to improve, starting with the locations you rely on, which need to always be on the ball, and with your management system.

Works simply and quickly. In Rome, there is always a spot available. It would be helpful to clarify in advance what kind of place it is. In this case, a hair salon. Because of that, I walked past it twice.

We needed somewhere to store our bags so we could sightsee while we waited for a late flight. It was easy to book online and the people in the shop were great, very friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly and it let us enjoy the last day of our holiday.

Very good service, calm and easy. I just missed a receipt for the luggage so I could be more at ease.

We were a family of 7 that arrived in Rome before our check in time. It allowed us to visit Rome on the first day without having the hassle of carrying our luggage. The service also allowed us to place our baggage close to our apartment which assisted us greatly. Also, the staff where we left our luggage were helpful and friendly and allowed us to use the bathroom.

Great service. Your service allowed us to visit the Vatican and comply with the no luggage rules. We felt our bags were secure and the personnel were helpful and friendly.

Upcoming summer exhibitions at the Castle

Summer 2026 brings overlapping temporary exhibitions to Castel Sant'Angelo. The season begins when Panopliæ. Armi, ingegno e potere opens, scheduled from June 20, 2026, until October 4, 2026. Shortly after, I segni e le storie goes on display from June 25, 2026, to September 13, 2026. The schedule expands again mid-summer when Ercolano. L’arte di vivere runs from July 22, 2026, to October 18, 2026.

Attending these temporary displays extends typical visit times. Walking through the extra galleries alongside the permanent collection requires a slower pace inside the fortress. Because these additions take extra time, anyone dropping off bags beforehand will need a longer luggage storage booking. Reserving a spot for an extended period covers the complete cultural schedule without forcing a rushed return for your belongings.
