It seems to be quite a popular place because it's close to Termini station and has plenty of space for luggage storage. There's reception on the first floor, so you don't have to use the elevator or stairs, making it very convenient. It also doesn't take much time to drop off and pick up your bags.

Fast and convenient drop off just outside Termini station. Never ever use the station left luggage point as it is actually far away and there are always long queues.

The experience has been excellent. The hotel is a 2-minute walk from Termini and the staff is very friendly. When I went to pick it up, they let me use the bathroom, which I thought was a nice touch. On my next visits to Rome, I will not hesitate to use this Host.

After reading countless bad reviews of the bag drop at Rome Termini station, we used this service. The hotel was literally across the street from the station, and dropping and retrieving our bags was fast and easy (and WAY cheaper than Termini’s service). We would definitely use this again!
