This location was perfect for us! It was right around the corner from our Airbnb so super convenient. It was a lovely flower shop and smelled great! The owner was very friendly, spoke great English, and we had a nice time chatting with him when we picked up our bags. Highly recommend this location.
This Location was great, it was such a cute restaurant that we also even ended up having a little brunch with my family before leaving/picking up our luggage. The staff there was very friendly and they seem very reliable and trustworthy.
Left bags in the reception area with a member of staff, the reception is up 2 flights of stairs and the door is buzz through only so very safe
I had never heard of stacher prior to our visit to Rome. We arrived prior to check in and our apartment did not have a place to store our luggage. After a quick search on the app I found Ciao Roma which had excellent reviews and decent location to our apartment. When we arrived the store owner helped us bring our luggage in and quickly got everything organized for storage. He was very kind and helpful. Upon pick up the store owner quickly retrieved our luggage and was once again very helpful. I would highly recommend using Ciao Roma if you need to store your bags when in Rome.
The luggage storage was located in a bookstore but everyone was very helpful, counted our luggage and gave us a ticket. Pickup was also very easy. I would highly recommend this location.
Great experience, easy to find, near my accommodation, very friendly staff. Close to taxi rank for catching a taxi to airport afterwards.
Absolutely fantastic! Didn't even know it was possible to leave your bags at drop off points until I was googling to see if there were lockers at the train station. Smasher, easy to remember, simple- and I mean simple- to book, no over-asking of personal info, not bothering me with 'creating an account' just a simple purchase of a ticket, then I get an address and ticket number. PERFECT. The people at the place we used were wonderful! SO friendly and helpful, it felt like friends were looking after our bags... and no fear they would get lost, a very lovely personal service, and at a reasonable price.
They were very accommodating, my luggages were safe with them and also they helped us get our luggages upstairs and even gave us free notebooks! I definitely recommend!
Excellent service - the hotel were helpful and efficient and it couldn’t have been easier. Would definitely use again and felt our bags were secure while we wandered bag free through Rome.
We needed somewhere to store our bags so we could sightsee while we waited for a late flight. It was easy to book online and the people in the shop were great, very friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly and it let us enjoy the last day of our holiday.
