Had difficulty accessing the hotel as no receptionist available. A man was sitting in the waiting room who telephoned the receptionist. He then took photos of the booking and of the luggage. It was left at reception. It was easier on our return to access the hotel. Luggage was all safe. So overall happy with the experience

Our suitcases were just out in the front of the store when we came back to get them. Not sure if they never got moved, or were brought out for us before picking them up. Slightly weird if they never got moved.

This Location was great, it was such a cute restaurant that we also even ended up having a little brunch with my family before leaving/picking up our luggage. The staff there was very friendly and they seem very reliable and trustworthy.

The location we chose was a bicycle shop, with rentals available. The crew was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We felt 100% comfortable leaving our luggage and backpacks with them. Great suggestions for nearby restaurants, and sites to see. Very gracious when we returned. 👍

I had never heard of stacher prior to our visit to Rome. We arrived prior to check in and our apartment did not have a place to store our luggage. After a quick search on the app I found Ciao Roma which had excellent reviews and decent location to our apartment. When we arrived the store owner helped us being our luggage in and quickly got everything organized foe storage. He was very kind and helpful. Upon pick up the store owner quickly retrieved our luggage and was once again very helpful. I would highly recommend using Ciao Roma if you need to store your bags when in Rome.
