It was very convenient to book online. I usually stay at hotels where I can check my luggage in early, but this time we stayed in an apartment so we were unable to do that. We had to find a place convenient to where we arrived in Rome and where our apartment was located, and it was easy to use this location. As for the location... this was very convenient and our luggage was safe. So, for that purpose, five stars. However, the person who checked us in was very grumpy. This was the start of our stay in Rome, so it left me a bit unsettled afterwards. But, for the purpose of storing luggage it was fine.

Booked online, arrived at the address and the shopkeeper had no idea why we were there. I explained we booked a short time before arrival and eventually he accepted our luggage. On the plus side, app was easy to use, good value and our luggage was safe.

I was only in Rome for the day and needed somewhere to drop off my bag near Roma Termini. The location is very convenient and close to the station. Hossen who runs the location was super friendly and attentive. He told me that he's only been running the stasher location for one month, hence the low number of reviews. I can confirm the location is legitimate and perfectly safe - get it while it's cheaper than most other ;)
