The shop looked after our bags and they were still in the same condition when we got them.

The place was amazing. The owner treated us really well and was very friendly. I would definitely come back.

very quick drop off point, no one was there when we came back for pickup before the musical we were going to see so we left and came back again a couple of hours later and it was all good and we got our bags back in a couple of minutes

Excellent point! Very helpful staff, friendly and welcoming. In addition to being secure (it's in a hotel), reliable and flexible (long opening hours), the extra bonus is how lovely the staff are. They also helped us with directions and local tips.

It must be one of the absolute best customer service experiences I have ever had; the two young ladies at the concierge desk were extremely friendly, polite, helpful and welcoming, very, very patient with me even though I had no idea how to use the Google app to register and pay for what I was stashing, etc.! When I asked if I could use the gents, I was even taken to where the facility was; when I finished and was going to go, the young lady (probably at about 10:50 pm) was still smiling warmly, making me feel comfortable and very welcome, even though I had only been stashing something there for a few hours. The charge for such a professional service also couldn't be more reasonable, the whole experience was absolutely FIRST CLASS!! I have already told some of my friends about this; they were very impressed and said they definitely would use the Premier Inn there if they happen to be in central London! I only hope this fantastic service will continue and such a high level of professionalism will always be the Premier Way!!

So quick and easy to get the luggage checked in and to retrieve en-route to train station (direct line to Kings Cross less than 10 minutes walk away). Staff were super friendly and efficient!
- Sarah
This location was ideal, with a quick 3-minute walk to the local tube station. Staff were very friendly and professional.

Beware! The Stashpoint itself (a newsagents shop) is perfectly OK - bags are tagged and stored out of sight at the back of the shop - but it is not located at the address given, which is an inaccessible lane at the side of King's College, closed off by locked metal gates at its southern end on Temple Place. The shop's correct address is actually 145 The Strand WC2R 1JA. It is next to Greggs, close to The Strand's junction with Lancaster Place. I wasted 15 minutes trying to find this place thanks to the incorrect information given!

App was great. Had to change the date and the online chat was great. Had to cancel and get an email refund code which seems odd but worked great. Highly recommend Stasher.
- Tim
The shopkeeper knew exactly what to do when I arrived at the store. They explained how the security system worked, promptly took our bags, and, equally, collection was just as straightforward and professional.
