This location at a convenience store was really convenient for me as it was just a block away from Paddington Station where I was set to take the train to Heathrow later that afternoon. The employee was friendly and helped me right away. He asked what app I was using and then found my reservation. He brought out the tags to affix to my luggage, asked me to take a photo of the tag numbers and my luggage for reference when I came back to pick them up. And he stored my luggage in the bag of the store, which I appreciated because I read that other locations sometimes leave them in the front of the store. The store was open until late, which was also a bonus. Pick up was easy—I showed the photo of my luggage and the tag numbers—and I was on my way! Thank you.

Not an very active stashpoint, so you may have to educate the person at the store why you are there. Also, make sure you go to the actual address on Golborne Road and not where the GPS sends you. Staff is friendly and helpful, albeit may not speak English fluently.
